A  beautifully illustrated and designed calendar that enhances the  experience of this Advent season. The front is drawn with pastel chalk,  and when you open the windows, you’ll discover enchanting chalkboard  drawings by Kapitein Kalk.
This elegant Advent calendar takes you through the four lights of  Advent leading to Christmas. The chalkboard artwork both on the outside  and inside behind the windows feature atmospheric elements of the Advent  time and Christmas celebration. These include a candle at the start of  each new Advent week, symbols that correspond to the light of that  particular week, as well as scenes from the Christmas story and winter  fun.
The calendar has 25 doors, making it suitable for everyone. For those  who wish to end on Christmas Eve, there is a beautiful extra door as a  bonus at the end, and for those who finish on Christmas Day, the big  door at the end serves as the final touch!
On the back of the calendar is an accompanying Advent verse in four  languages: English, German, Spanish, and Dutch. The calendar is designed  as a triptych. By folding the side panels forward, the calendar can  stand on its own to adorn any table.
The printing and die-cutting were carefully crafted by Drukkerij de  Bij (NL), a B Corp-certified printer that values sustainability and  social responsibility. The calendar is approximately 29.5 cm (11.6  inches) tall and about 42 cm (16.5 inches) wide. It is printed on  high-quality 300-gram FSC-certified Biotop paper.
