This book is a companion volume to Learning about the World through Modeling: Sculptural Ideas for School and Home
(2001). The first book focused on modeling familiar objects from nature
and human culture. This second manual extends the first into the
exciting new area of sculpturally modeling pure “non-representational”
forms with children.
This book includes over 200 exercises with photos, as well as
advice on method and other supplementary materials related to sculptural
modeling.
