Oil Pastels are primarily intended for older school students who are
exploring the possibilities oil pastels have to offer and learning the
basics. While they are safe for children ages 3 and above, the medium is
best done by students in the upper grades. They are available in four
color assortments of 12, 24, 36 and 60.
