The Herbal Alphabet by Rachael Rose Zoller
This book offers a gentle introduction to the letters of the
alphabet, while also introducing over 50 common medicinal herbs to
children. We hope "The Herbal Alphabet" plants a seed into the minds of
children that will germinate and grow into a lifelong interest of the
plants and herbs that grow around them.
The book is illustrated
with watercolor paintings of herbs, and letters, that represent the
alphabet. There is also a glossary in the back of the book that shares
the scientific name of each herb, as well as a brief description of
their traditional uses. This book is not meant to be a guidebook on how
to use herbs, and is not meant to be used as a field guide. Plese always
